Has anyone ever heard of a reverse bucket list?
I think I first came across the idea as I was browsing self-care articles. They are like gratitude lists, but instead of listing all the things you are thankful for, you list all the cool things you’ve done.
[It’s a great tool for those days when it feels like all the people around you are doing really cool stuff, and all you’ve been doing is sitting at home with your cat 😉 ]
With 2019 approaching, I’ve been spending a lot of time looking ahead at all the things I want to accomplish this year, but I also want to make sure I don’t forget all the adventures we had in 2018.
Followed by the BC road trip!
